- Processing time: orders are prepared in 1–3 business days
- Delivery time: usually 8–15 business days after your order ships (2–14 business days for items from Canadian partner suppliers)
- Shipping cost: calculated at checkout by order weight, starting at CA$6.99. See our Shipping Policy for the full rate table.
You'll get a shipping confirmation email when your order ships. If the shipping method includes tracking, your tracking number will be in that email. Some small items ship by standard mail without tracking. If you order several items, they may arrive in separate packages.
Returns & refunds
We want you to love your order. If something arrives damaged, defective or wrong, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll send a replacement or a full refund, at no cost to you.
If you simply changed your mind, contact us within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original condition. Return shipping is paid by the customer in this case.
