This website is operated by The Desk Story ("we", "us", "our"), based in Brampton, Ontario, Canada. By visiting our store or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service, together with our Refund Policy, Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use this website.

Online store

By placing an order, you confirm you are at least the age of majority in your province or territory, or that you have your parent or guardian's consent. You may not use our products or website for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

Products & pricing

We try to show product colours, sizes and details as accurately as possible, but colours may vary slightly depending on your screen. All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) and may change without notice. We may limit quantities, refuse or cancel any order — for example, in the case of a pricing error, suspected fraud or an item becoming unavailable. If we cancel an order that was already charged, we will refund you in full.

Children's products

Some learning and Montessori items contain small parts and are intended for use with adult supervision. Please check the product description and age guidance before purchase.

Payment & billing

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information. Payments are processed securely by our payment providers; we do not store your full card details.

Third-party suppliers

Some products are fulfilled and shipped by our trusted partner suppliers. Our Shipping and Refund policies still apply to these orders, and you can contact us directly for any help.

Intellectual property

All content on this website — including text, logos, graphics and images — belongs to The Desk Story or its content suppliers and may not be copied or reused without our written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Desk Story is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or our products. Our total liability for any claim relating to a product will not exceed the amount you paid for that product.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
