How long does delivery take?
Orders are prepared in 1–3 business days and usually arrive within 8–15 business days after shipping. Items from our Canadian partner suppliers often arrive sooner.
Will I get a tracking number?
Most orders include tracking, and we'll email it when your order ships. Some small, lightweight items are sent by standard mail and may not include tracking.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on order weight, starting at CA$6.99. See our Shipping Policy for all rates.
Do you ship outside Canada?
Right now we ship within Canada only.
Can I return something?
Yes! See our Shipping & Returns page. Damaged or wrong items are replaced or refunded for free.
Are your kids' products safe?
Our Little Learners items are chosen for children, but always follow the age guidance on each product and supervise young kids with small items.
