Stocking a classroom, daycare or office?
The Desk Story supplies teachers, schools, daycares, Montessori programs and offices across Canada and the USA. If you need larger quantities — a class set of pencil cases, 30 teacher gifts, return gifts for a birthday party, or a full office stationery restock — we'll put together a quote for you.
How it works
- Send us your list. Email thedeskstory.com@gmail.com with the products (links or names), quantities, and your shipping address (city and province/state is enough to start).
- Get your quote within 1–2 business days. We'll confirm availability, your price, and the delivery estimate.
- Approve and pay. We send you a secure Shopify invoice you can pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. School and organisation purchase orders are welcome.
- We ship it. You'll get tracking by email as soon as your order ships.
Good to know
- Bulk quotes usually start at 10 units of one item or $200 per order.
- Every bulk order ships free to Canada and the USA.
- Need it by a certain date (first day of school, a staff event, a birthday)? Tell us and we'll confirm whether we can make it.
- Mixed orders are fine — combine supplies, Montessori materials and gifts in one quote.
