Where’s my order?
When your order ships, we email you a shipping confirmation with your tracking number. Here’s how to check on it:
- Check your email — open the shipping confirmation from The Desk Story and click Track your order.
- Log in to your account — go to My orders to see the status of every order.
- Track with the carrier — paste your tracking number into ParcelsApp, which follows parcels across carriers including Canada Post and USPS.
Typical timeline: 2–5 business days to process, then 7–15 business days for delivery.
Tracking can take 3–5 days to show its first update after your shipping email. If your order still hasn't arrived 30 business days after it shipped, email thedeskstory.com@gmail.com with your order number and we’ll open an investigation with the carrier and send a replacement or refund if it's lost.
